NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS
OAO (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit S. Sharifov, Vice President of OAO , member of the Management Committee of OAO , undertook the following transactions with ordinary shares in the Company on February 27, 2007 in Moscow:
1.Sale of 94,581 shares, the volume of the transaction is RUR 213,884,806;
2.Sale of 65,419 shares, the volume of the transaction is RUR 147,873,215.
