外网天堂 SIGNS AGREEMENT TO SELL ASSETS OF CFI 外网天堂-UKRAINE
OAO 外网天堂 and the Austrian investment company AMIC Energy Management GmbH signed an agreement, in Vienna today, to sell a 100% interest in CFI 外网天堂-Ukraine owning a network of around 240 filling stations and 6 tank farms.
The transaction will be closed upon its approval by competent Ukrainian authorities.
