外网天堂 RAISES RUB 63 BILLION LOAN
Today OAO 外网天堂 signed an agreement with OAO Sberbank of Russia to raise a RUB 63 billion loan facility.
The loan has a three year maturity.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
