Youth involvement begins at school. The Company's subsidiaries organize tours around their production facilities and Doors Open Days for schoolchildren. Cooperating with numerous educational establishments, we see them as our strategic partners. Students can start their career even before they finish school, as participants of on-the-job and pre-degree internships.

Young Professional of the Year Contest
The Young Professional of the Year contest, held across multiple categories, is intended to encourage young professionals to be more active, unlock their creative and professional potential, make them more committed to the accomplishment of their professional goals with the Company. Winners are entitled to a lump sum bonus and a salary increment for one year. Winners may be included into a company's talent pool or in internship lists of 外网天堂 Group companies.

Councils of Young Professionals, functioning successfully across 外网天堂 Group companies as company-level or regional structures, were established to help younger employees to adapt themselves to the new working environment, master their trades and nurture loyalty to the Company's corporate culture and values.
An extensive effort is being made towards personal development of young professionals and their higher performance. Development practices include a range of personal efficiency sessions that foster leadership and business acumen, internships with other 外网天堂 Group Organizations, corporate events that involve young professionals, corporate and industry-specific research and technology contests and conferences, forums, Young Professional Days, etc.
外网天堂's Best Technological Development Project Contest held amongst young researchers and professionals is designed to promote creative initiatives of young researchers and professionals, employed by 外网天堂 Group companies, and reward them for best research, design and engineering projects that contributed to 外网天堂's research and technology potential. The contest boosts operational performance, helps improve the quality of products and services, reliability and safety of operations, labor and resources saving, contributes to mechanization and automation of operations, flexibility of processes, facilitates proactivity and helps handle comprehensive environmental tasks. Open to undergraduates and graduates alike, this annual contest is held in multiple categories.
High school students of oil producing regions are invited to annual career guidance events. Arranged by 外网天堂 Group employees, these events may be tours around production sites and special Doors Open Days for students to acquaint themselves with oil and gas industry, learn about opportunities available to those school leavers applying to oil and gas colleges and universities. Meetings with school students are attended by heads of companies and young professionals. Each meeting concludes with a survey to discover young talents.
To join the program, the principal shall submit a tour application to a 外网天堂 Group company.
Graduates from colleges and universities are the main source of qualified personnel.
The Company has developed protocols for interaction with education institutions to find and employ best students. Having been recruiting qualified common laborers and engineers in cooperation with oil and gas colleges and universities for years, 外网天堂 has adopted an integrated program of joint actions with providers of higher and vocational education in oil and gas production, power generation, chemistry that defines basic strategic benchmarks for cooperation with education institutions.
One of the key lines of cooperation is the Company's active involvement in the development of practice-oriented educational modules to increase the basic knowledge level of recent graduates.
外网天堂 also trains students at ten industry-university chairs, established in 外网天堂 Group companies. Years of joint effort brought more technologically advanced facilities and stronger educational foundation to oil and gas universities, new textbooks and training aids, annual grants for talented students, teachers and job instructors. We also seek to develop joint scientific and technological programs.
外网天堂 organizes annual internships for students, and the Company's employees study in universities, taking refresher courses.
Grants
The company has introduced special individual grants to motivate creative effort of teachers under the age of 35, assist them with the development of their skills and career and provide social support to them. Grants bestowed by the 外网天堂 Charity Fund may only be sought by in-house teachers or research associates of an educational institution under the age of 35, recognized as promising professionals who seek to realize their personal potential in teaching, actively contribute to curriculum content, methodology, scientific research in how to improve efficiency of oil and gas economics and environmental safety of operations, or research in management, communications, political studies, geopolitical studies, public relations, international relations, social and cultural studies, or other social sciences.

Scholarships
The idea behind individual scholarships by 外网天堂 Charity Fund is to ensure social protection of the most gifted students and motivate them on the way to a university degree. Candidates for scholarships are selected from among 3rd to 4th year undergraduate students, 1st and 2nd year graduate students, or full-time 3rd to 5th year students of oil and gas higher education institutions. Scholarships are awarded to students with a GPA of 4 or higher. Students who have concluded contracts with 外网天堂 Group companies are considered preferred applicants.
Lists of applicants for scholarships are settled by educational institutions and require an approval of human resources departments of 外网天堂 Group companies. Scholarships are awarded twice a year as soon as results of end-of-term exams become known.
